I found this place by accident and I am NOT disappointed! I bought a strain recommended by Emily, who was very helpful and pleasant. Her recommendation was on point and I'm extremely satisfied with her fun and friendly service! These guys are friendly, professional, and they know their stuff! Thank you Emily and the rest of the team you guys are awesome!! Highly recommend if u need a good dispensary, 11/10!!

I would put five stars, however I want to bring some attention to the points system and some potential flaws. I've been a regular customer here for over 2 years, everything about Maitri is top class (the employees, the online system, the selection, the price) however the points system has some problems. If a regular customer accumulates too many points, they become difficult or almost impossible to use without making a purchase of $50-$100. The tier that I'm at prevents me from using my points despite making purchases ~ 1x a week. Each customer has a different quantity they purchase and the points tiers prevents customers who buy 1 item (or an item under ~$50.00) from utilizing points. The employee who helped me with my purchase today did his absolute best to satisfy me as a customer and get some of my points used but the system prevented that. On this particular day I was purchasing more than my typical amount but it still did not satisfy the price requirements to use my points. The points system is great and a great way to encourage repeat purchases, but the design needs some work in order to account for customers who purchase different quantities / have different usage levels. I'm happy to discuss this issue further. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at my first visit to Maitri. From the security guy, to the front desk then to see Zack in the dispensary . Zack was so super kind and nice. He really went out of his way, to ensure I got the best value for my first time visit and birthday discount. The dispensary is beautiful and very light and airy. I will be making the trip to East Liberty as often as possible to get the best troches ever! They are really helpful to me, with my pain and anxiety. Thanks to everyone who made my visit so awesome.

The location is nice, but that’s the end of the good for me. Their house flower is some of the worst in the state. Always guaranteed to smell and taste like harsh hay and provide mid effects. The staff are mostly friendly, but don’t seem very knowledgeable… Their prices and lack of sales really don’t draw me in either. Makes me miss Goodblend. 😕

the staff is so incredibly kind and never makes you feel judged. they’re extremely efficient and the process to pick up your items is speedy and simple. the products themselves are great too. they have weekly sales and a patient appreciation day on sundays with even more savings. i can’t recommend this place enough. i’m so happy with the way i’m treated here. i feel valued.
